- About myself and my Education -
I am a student at Glyn Technology School based in Ewell, Surrey. I am doing my GCSE's and I have chosen to do art and a Creative and Media Diploma, which I attend every week at NESCOT and the Beacon School. During my Creative Media Diploma I hope to explore and develop my knowledge, skills and understanding of the creative and media industries, but I especially want to learn more about and get into the Computer Gaming industry. I enjoy playing computer games, drawing, reading, writing and designing things in my spare time and I have a strong desire to become a computer game designer. My IT/ICT skills are strong and I want to pursue a career in this line of work after completing my A levels and Degree. I am keen to learn about the gaming businesses and what they do to create a game, so I am hopefully going to go and do my work experience at a business called doublesix in Guildford.
During my spare time I also like to write as well as reading books, such as the Cherub series. I'm a creative writer and I enjoy writing in some of my spare time. I haven't published any books, but I'm working on one at the moment. I read every night for about three hours and I have a good vocabulary. I love drawing, painting and creating artwork. I have been drawing since before nursery and I'm a excellent artist. I'm doing Art as one of my GCSE's and I have been developing my skills as I grow. Because of my interest in games I enjoy drawing pictures from them. I've been told time and again how good I'am at Art and that I should become a professional artist.
